1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use our services at Pirate Pots, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to request documentation to verify compliance at any time.

• You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must not be a citizen or resident of any restricted territory listed in our terms.
• You must register the account in your own name — acting as an agent or opening an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• You may hold only one account with us; duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms

3.1 Deposits

At Piratepots Casino, we accept deposits via Mastercard, Visa, CASHlib, MiFinity, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut and a range of cryptocurrencies including BTC, BCH, ETH, LTC, USDC, SOL, USDT and TRX. Our minimum deposit is EUR 20, applied uniformly across all payment methods. Deposit limits vary by method: cards are capped at EUR 500 per transaction, CASHlib at EUR 150, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Revolut at EUR 1,000, MiFinity and Pay by Bank at EUR 2,000, and all crypto rails plus LuxonPay at EUR 5,000.

3.2 Withdrawals

Our minimum withdrawal amount is EUR 100. We cap individual withdrawal transactions at EUR 1,000 (EUR 500 via LuxonPay). The maximum withdrawable amount is EUR 5,000 per day and EUR 25,000 per calendar month. Winnings exceeding EUR 30,000 may be paid in monthly instalments at our discretion.

We require that before any withdrawal, you either wager 100% of your deposit on our sportsbook at minimum odds of 1.50, or play through your deposit at least three times on casino games. If this requirement is not met, we may charge up to 10% of the deposit amount to cover processing costs. The same 10% fee applies to withdrawing funds that were deposited but never wagered, and such transactions may be reported to relevant authorities.

Please note the following withdrawal conditions that apply at Piratepots Casino:

• Players who have made only one deposit may withdraw a maximum of 15x that deposit amount.
• If any responsible gambling limit is active on your account (deposit limit, bet limit, time-out), we reserve the right to restrict withdrawals to 10% per month of the total withdrawable balance for the duration of that limit.
• Daily withdrawal limits may also be affected by your payment method, verification status, account history, risk assessment and loyalty status.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

If your account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months — regardless of remaining balance — we may close the account and remove any real money balance. You may request reactivation within 6 months of closure, at which point your real money balance will be reinstated. However, all bonus funds, promotional credits and any winnings derived from them are permanently forfeited upon closure.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

Our Pirate Pots welcome package offers up to EUR 3,000 and 1,000 free spins across three deposits. To claim a bonus, you must select it from the drop-down menu at the moment of depositing — failure to do so means the bonus will not be credited. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses at Piratepots Casino:

• Deposit bonuses are valid for 10 days from crediting; other bonuses are valid for 7 days.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time.
• A bonus is automatically cancelled once your active balance falls below EUR 0.05 (casino) or EUR 0.50 (sports).
• Cancelling a bonus means the bonus amount, all generated winnings and any wagered amounts are deducted from your overall balance.
• Real money funds are always played before bonus funds.
• Cashback and loyalty bonus winnings are capped at 5x the bonus amount.

Our maximum win cap scales inversely with the bonus percentage. For a bonus of 200% or above, winnings are capped at 3x the initial deposit; 150–199% caps at 6x; 120–149% at 8x; 100–119% at 10x; and 25–99% at 12x. All jackpot games, video poker titles and a number of individually named slots are excluded from bonus wagering. Players are solely responsible for avoiding excluded games while a bonus is active.

5. Responsible Gambling

6. Prohibited Activities and VPN Use

We do not permit the use of Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) or any other technology to disguise or mask your IP address when accessing Piratepots Casino. If we identify any attempt to interfere with or conceal your location, we reserve the right to void all winnings, forfeit all balances including deposits, suspend services and permanently close your account. Additional prohibited activities include:

• Fraudulent, collusive or irregular play, including exploiting games with low house edges.
• Using combinations of games specifically to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk.
• Cancelling a bonus before completing wagering requirements.
• Opening multiple accounts or registering under false information.
